💼 What You'll Be Doing
According to the job description, the Customer Success/Recruitment Specialist will support both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activities accordingly.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Address client and candidate enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate profiles, and hiring updates.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Support onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recruitment processes.
