A partner company is looking for a Lead AI Generative Designer based in Nigeria to lead high-quality AI-generated visual production at scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to turn generative AI into a reliable visual production system — not simply someone who experiments with AI image generators.
You will own the quality of generated images while working to improve realism, visual polish, approval rates and business impact.
The role combines advanced visual design with technical knowledge of generative AI workflows, automation, APIs and scripting.
You'll help transform visual production from one-off experiments into repeatable, scalable and efficient systems.

Your work will sit at the intersection of visual creativity, AI technology and scalable production.
- Own the quality and consistency of AI-generated visual content.
- Create realistic and visually appealing images of models, personas, avatars and other visual subjects.
- Improve image realism, visual polish, approval rates and business performance.
- Build and optimize scalable generative AI image-production pipelines.
- Work with tools including Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and emerging AI technologies.
- Design and maintain ComfyUI workflows for repeatable image production.
- Automate content creation through batch generation and processing workflows.
- Integrate APIs, n8n, simple scripts and AI-assisted coding approaches.
- Increase production volume without sacrificing visual quality.
- Define the technical direction for AI image-generation processes.
- Align content streams around shared workflows, standards and best practices.
- Build processes that move image generation from individual work to reliable production systems.
- Research and evaluate new generative AI models, tools, techniques and platforms.
- Run experiments around image quality, speed, scalability and cost efficiency.
- Assess the practical and business value of emerging AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency through automation.
- Continuously refine best practices for AI-generated visual content.
- Make practical creative and technical decisions in a rapidly evolving AI environment.
- Communicate technical and creative recommendations clearly.
- Own the end-to-end visual generation process and continuously improve it.

This role is designed for someone who can combine strong visual judgment with hands-on technical ability.
- Strong hands-on experience producing visual content with generative AI.
- Experience creating realistic images of people, models, avatars, AI personas or similar high-volume visual content.
- Solid technical expertise with ComfyUI, Flux or comparable generative AI ecosystems.
- Practical experience building and optimizing AI image-generation workflows.
- Experience with batch generation and automated content-processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with APIs, n8n, automation tools and basic scripting.
- Ability to use AI-assisted coding or “vibecoding” approaches for practical production solutions.
- Strong visual taste and a highly developed eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of realism, composition, anatomy, lighting and image consistency.
- Ability to identify visual artifacts and develop solutions to address them.
- Understanding of what makes AI-generated imagery polished and commercially effective.
- Senior-level ownership and ability to work independently.
- Ability to design processes and systems rather than relying only on one-off creative solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills.
- Ability to evaluate new technologies based on quality, speed, scalability and cost.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to challenge existing approaches constructively.
