1. Learning & Development Coordinator

📍 Port Harcourt

This role is suited to an experienced Learning & Development or HR professional who understands training coordination, competency management and the demands of a technical or industrial environment.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources, Education, Management, Engineering, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, Training, Competency Management, HR, or a related function.
  • Coordinate the annual Learning & Development plan, training calendar, and training needs analysis.
  • Identify competency and skills gaps in collaboration with department heads and line managers.
  • Maintain employee training records, competency matrices, certification trackers, and training compliance reports.
  • Coordinate mandatory and industry certifications, including relevant HSE, OPITO, IADC, IWCF, NEBOSH, IOSH, STCW, and other client-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate technical competency development across areas such as drilling, well services, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, production, engineering, maintenance, marine, logistics, and project operations.
  • Support competency assessments, on-the-job training, individual development plans, career development, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate project and client-specific training requirements and ensure personnel meet mobilisation and competency requirements.
  • Support L&D budgeting, vendor management, procurement, and cost tracking.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Oilfield Services, Engineering, Construction, or a related industrial environment.
  • Experience coordinating technical, non-technical and HSE training programmes.
  • Experience managing training, certification and competency records.
  • CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ATD or relevant L&D/technical certification is an advantage.

2. Talent Acquisition Specialist

📍 Port Harcourt & Lagos

This opportunity is ideal for recruitment professionals who have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring talent, particularly within technical, Oil & Gas, EPC or Energy environments.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within an Oil & Gas, EPC or Energy company.
  • Strong understanding of oil & gas roles, technical competencies and industry certifications.
  • Proven experience recruiting blue-collar and white-collar technical professionals.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • CIPM or relevant HR certification is an advantage.
