An opportunity is available for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a management consulting and HR consulting firm and its clients.
The position is suited to someone who understands talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client coordination and the importance of creating a smooth recruitment experience.
With a monthly salary of ₦400,000, this full-time hybrid position is based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities and helping the firm and its clients identify suitable talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the firm and its clients.
- Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment processes with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Manage candidate relationships, onboarding and post-placement follow-ups.

Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should possess the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related field.
- 3–5 years' recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience handling recruitment across multiple industries.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and recruitment platforms.
Additional advantage: CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent professional certification.
