Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines and other online channels.
• Manage social media content, publishing, audience engagement and performance tracking.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies to improve lead generation and return on investment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise website content and landing pages to improve user experience and conversions.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, website traffic, engagement and lead generation.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and industry best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

Interested applicants should meet the following requirements:

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven digital marketing experience supported by a portfolio or measurable results.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media, email and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Must be available to work onsite in Ogba, Ikeja, three days per week.
